On Wednesday, June 3, 2020 beginning at 12:00 PM EDT all OA support services will be offline for scheduled maintenance. Support services will be unavailable until 5:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. During this time, the OA Documentation Center and OA Service Desk will be unavailable. Users can continue to submit support requests via email and your requests will be processed once the maintenance window is over. Once scheduled maintenance is complete, we will post an update on the OA Status page. For updates subscribe to the OA status page.
